Refund policy

We will offer full refunds on any items that you are not 100% completely satisfied with within 30 days with receipt. The product must be returned in the condition as it was received. We will not refund money on products that have been damaged, worn, torn, ripped, etc. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise. After 30 days with receipt we'll refund 75%. No receipt. No refund.

Upon receipt of a return, once refund approval has been made, please allow up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund.

USED BOOK/DVD POLICY
We will be glad to consider buying used books, or instructional videos from you. The product must be in good condition with no visible damage. The seller will be responsible for shipping charges. Once we receive and examine the product payment will be mailed within 7-10 business days. The amount we are willing to pay for a used book or video will depend on the size, condition, and age of the product.
